Technical Product Manager / Owner - Insurance

• Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap and strategic vision for a critical enterprise application portfolio across regional locations.

• Direct portfolio backlog prioritization in alignment with executive stakeholders, balancing feature delivery, technical debt mitigation, operational continuity, and compliance needs.

• Lead cross-functional alignment across software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external vendor partners to streamline delivery dependencies.

• Define key success metrics to monitor portfolio performance, stability, and delivery velocity while communicating status and risks to executive leadership.

• Drive platform rationalization and legacy application transformation programs while mentoring product management professionals.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience across application delivery, technology product ownership, or digital transformation

• Insurance Experience is preferred
• Leadership experience

• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale application portfolios and steering complex multi-team software engineering environments.

• Solid track record in application modernization, platform consolidation
