Position Overview:
We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who can translate top-level direction from the CEO and COO into detailed, user-centric product specifications and elegant, intuitive experiences.
If the leadership team says, We want to launch a reward system for vault creators and subscribers, you will figure out:
- How should we design the product
- What do customers want
- What were the issues preventing this feature from being successful
- What are the edge cases, risks, and UIUX flows
- How should we measure success
You'll collaborate closely with engineers to explore feasibility and implementation, and work with designers to shape smooth, delightful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic product ideas into detailed, technically sound feature specs via research, A/B testing and data
- Collaborate with technical team to scope architecture, contracts, and implementation options
- Manage the design of intuitive, user-friendly UI/UX for complex DeFi products
- Research competitor protocols and user behavior to inform product design and mechanics
- Own delivery: planning, timeline management, QA testing, and iteration
- Work asynchronously across functions to drive clarity, unblock issues, and move fast
- Use and analyze data and user feedback to refine feature outcomes post-launch
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, ideally in DeFi, fintech, or technical products
- Strong technical background - you can read code, understand smart contract architecture, and communicate effectively with engineers
- Deep UX/UI intuition and experience collaborating with designers on clean user flows
- Structured, analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven experience shipping polished features with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working asynchronously and taking full ownership of product outcomes
- Experience in DeFi/Web3 product environments
- Familiarity with vaults, structured products, or derivatives
- Experience using Figma, Notion, JIRA, Dune, or Looker
- Ability to read Solidity, TypeScript, or blockchain data structures
