Job Description:
As a Technical Product Manager at Shopee, you will drive product delivery from researching and planning, defining requirements, development, testing, UAT and launch. You will also collect and analyze data to diagnose problems and drive improvements. You are the owner of different technical projects and a bridge between internal and external teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end product development of technical projects, from ideation, data analysis, development, testing, launch and iterations.
- Conduct comparative analysis and market research to identify opportunities, gaps and areas of improvement for current solutions.
- Prioritize users requests and deliver high-quality Product Requirements Document (PRD) with a clear goal, scope, user scenarios, analytics framework, and data logic to meet users needs
- Analyze data to diagnose problems and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams (SDK, FE, BE, QA) to deliver technical solutions, including but not limited to data tracking systems while ensuring quality, speed, and sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Analytics, Statistics is preferred, open to graduates with less than two years of work experience.
- Previous internship experience in the e-commerce industry or product management is preferred.
- Experience in SQL, database design is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of app and web development is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of product design principles and UI/UX design is preferred.
- Energetic, positive attitude, and resilience to drive results in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
