Job Description:
- Conduct and support regional training programmes across APAC for new product launches.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Product Managers to strengthen project proposals and maximise opportunities for successful project wins.
- Assist in the development of application modules for cloud-based solutions supporting the B2B business model.
- Prepare relevant documentation and support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes throughout solution development.
- Conduct product research and analysis, including gathering information from online and third-party sources, to develop comprehensive product comparison charts.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player and maintain clear communication within a cross-functional working environment.
- Support the Corporate Product Team with administrative activities related to corporate events, customer visits, and other business engagements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer science / IT / Electronics & Electrical or any related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in application programming knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
