Position: Technical Presales Engineer
Working Days & Time: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Location: Ubi
Salary: $3000 - $4000
Summary
Reporting to the Managing Director and Technical Sales Director, this position in Industrial Automation with key focus in Machine Vision, DEEP Learning, IIOT etc.
Responsibilities
1. Technical Support
- Perform technical benchmarking and analysis to support engineering solutions
- Assist in installation and running of product demonstration, events and exhibition of HALOCN
- Strong interest in guiding and impact knowledge to customers on product knowledge
2. Presales and Solution Provider
- Propose and implement creative, efficient solutions for machine vision problems
- Contribute to expanding our application for assigned Product Group (HALCON from MVTec, Deep Learning)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supplier, customers, Sales Team and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions
3. Organizer and Training Provider
- Organize and lead classes for customers for beginner and intermediate level
Requirements
- Degree in Computer, Electronical and Electronics, Mechanical Engineering fields, or Computer Science
- Prior experience as a Machine Vision Engineer, or preferably in similar industry
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to travel in Asia region as required up to 15% - 20%
