Responsibilities
- Digital System in performing Integrated Facilities Management
- Assist the Manager in implementing digital system to the facilities management team at the various work locations in Singapore
- To monitor the deployment of IoTs at the various work locations in Singapore
- To conduct training to the facilities management team on the digital system deployed
- Assist the digital project management for the ESS IFM sites, including new roll out of digital system for ESS IFM
- Assist in conducting audits to ensure service delivery compliance for sites to achieve operational excellence
- Monitoring of the digital system and recommending improvement to the system where applicable
- To conduct analysis from the data in the digital system as and when required
- Fostering environment of teamwork and performance excellence with the site team
- Promoting a safety first culture with the sub-contractors
Requirements
- Higher Nitec/Nitec or equivalent
- 1-3 years working experience
- Understanding of integrated facilities management, digital system, IoT, smart system, AI etc.
