Technical Officer (Safety supervisor)

. Provide Civil & Structural (C&S) supervision for Changi

Runway 3 residual airfield works.

. Supervise and monitor contractors to ensure compliance

with contract requirements, approved drawings,

specifications, and authority regulations.

. Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction

progress, workmanship, and quality.

. Monitor WSH requirements, including safe work practices,

permits to work, and unsafe acts/conditions.

. Identify and report site non-compliances, safety issues,

and construction defects to CAG/OIC.

. Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders to

ensure smooth execution of works.

. Maintain site records, inspection reports, photographs,

and other relevant documentation.

. Ensure all works are carried out safely, within schedule,

and in accordance with project requirements.

. Work closely with the supervision team and report daily

site matters to the Officer-in-Charge (OIC).
