Responsibilities
- Assist Facilities Manager in carrying out inspections and routine maintenance activities under the Mechanical and Electrical scope.
- Responsible for frontline response and operation, attending to complaints/faults, emergency standby.
- Execute scheduled maintenance as planned and carry out breakdown maintenance when fault is detected or reported.
- Hands-on knowledge on BMS
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Air-Conditioning/Building Services or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in M&E/ACMV
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
