Job Responsibilities
- Oversee ACMV/HVAC systems to ensure thermal comfort, safe operations, and compliance with standards.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance, coordinating with technicians and contractors.
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
- Monitor and improve system efficiency, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
- Support installation, repair, and ad-hoc projects while providing updates to management and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Air-Conditioning, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in Facilities Management or ACMV/HVAC works hands-on knowledge of FCU and AHU preferred.
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills with good knowledge of building systems and WSH practices.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
