Technical Marketing Manager

Overview

We are seeking a commercially strong Technical Marketing Manager to drive technical marketing initiatives and business growth in Singapore. The role combines marketing strategy, campaign execution, sales collaboration, and performance analysis, with future people-management potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans.
• Run technical seminars, webinars, trade shows, EDMs, and digital campaigns.
• Partner closely with Sales to identify target segments and growth opportunities.
• Track MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion, and ROI to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Localise regional/global campaigns and technical marketing content.
• Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, sales, business development, applications engineering, or related roles.
• Strong marketing and business acumen with proven campaign ownership.
• Experience measuring marketing performance through MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion, and ROI.
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, and regional Marketing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to develop into a future people manager.
• Exposure to high-speed digital, AI/data-centre applications, networking, or semiconductor technologies is highly advantageous.
