Your scope will consist of:

Stand in as the liaison person for the organization and its clients to facilitate work activities
Give direction to the Technical department in the formulation of the departmental work specifications and to ensure that they are in line with organizational goals, standards, and ethics.
To produce extra scope and new procedures.
In- Lab / On-board / On-site Calibration
Ensure Calibration completed timely as per In-House Calibration Schedule
Ensure On-site / On-board calibration is completed as per On-site Schedule
Coordination with OM (Jason Paul) & GM (Neelambigai) - for job completion
Maximize ability to complete jobs assigned and maintain peak performance
Produce and Maintain weekly production report
Weekly check and acknowledgement on issued Singlas report filing
Produce worksheet for new equipment(s)
Presentation to be conducted on Company introduction and Technical department.
Handle client visits and enquiries independently and confidently
Develop training materials and sessions for engineers
Management skills: Required to have managerial skills to be able to manage both human and equipment resources under your responsibilities. Gather, evaluate, and format quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI) data on a regular basis as part of operational requirements and staff
Multitasking Skills: Be able to complete multiple assignments within a reasonable period, and meet deadlines

Reference equipment maintenance

Method validation, NC closure
