Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction for all technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical projects, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Innovation & Strategy: Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage technical budgets, assess costs, and allocate resources effectively.
• Documentation: Ensure all technical documentation, standards, and processes are current and robust.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in technical leadership and project delivery, preferably in Civil Engineering
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering
• At least 7 years of relevance experience in Singapore.
• Good manpower and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and target oriented
