Technical Manager

Responsible for the technical management and coordination of our civil and sewerage projects, providing technical support to the project team and ensuring works comply with approved drawings, specifications and relevant engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate technical aspects of civil and sewerage works.
• Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, method statements and technical documents.
• Assist in resolving site technical issues and design clarifications.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Subcontractors and Clients on technical matters.
• Provide technical support for sewer pipe laying, manhole construction, excavation, backfilling and road reinstatement works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings and requirements.
• Assist with RFI, technical submissions and project documentation.
• Ensure works meet relevant quality, safety and engineering standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
• Relevant experience in Civil Engineering / Construction.
• Experience in Sewerage, Drainage or Underground Works is preferred.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good technical, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in Singapore sewerage / civil infrastructure projects is an advantage.
