Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of physical security systems to protect people, assets, and facilities.
- Manage multiple regional security projects, ensuring adherence to global standards and compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, and Cyber Security, to develop integrated security solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on security technologies, guiding best practices and system integration.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient delivery and cost control.
- Conduct risk assessments and technology gap analyses, reporting on security risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and compliant with relevant regulatory standards, including ISO 27001 and PCI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, security management, or related field
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in security technology project management.
- Proven expertise in enterprise-grade physical security solutions and vendor management.
- Advanced project management certification preferred recognized security certifications are advantageous. (eg CPP, PSP)
- Subject Matter Expert in phyiscal security tools and processes
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills are essential for effective collaboration.
- Willing to travel when required
