Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibility:

Support projects from initial scoping through detailed design and commissioning and handover across a wide variety of projects, including preparation of technical specifications, reports, and estimates.

Involved in tender preparation and negotiations with clients to achieve commercially profitable business objectives.

Engage directly with clients and colleagues to deliver successful outcomes to contribute to work winning and market development.

Provide client consultation by drawing on professional expertise and deep knowledge of Aurecon's consultancy services.

Perform CCTV product testing to better understand our products

Provide trainings to both our internal staffs and our customers

Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim

Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and clients on technical matters

Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and progress documentation

To coordinate and manage electrical and ELV works

Ensure all electrical works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations

Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E services at project site

Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement

Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance.

M&E coordination and liaison with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineer
