Our strong regional presence and in-house capabilities enable us to deliver a wide spectrum of projects effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical proposals during tender stage

• Review tender specifications and raise technical clarifications where required

• Manage and coordinate external engineering consultants for both temporary and permanent works (including Design & Build projects)

• Ensure buildability and technical risks are well addressed in design proposals

• Drive value engineering initiatives and propose alternative design/construction solutions

• Provide technical advisory support during project execution when required

• Coordinate interfaces between design and construction teams, including consultants, subcontractors, and clients

• Ensure design coordination across multiple disciplines (Architecture, C&S, M&E, ICA)

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in marine works and deep excavation projects

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Resourceful, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of BIM will be an added advantage
