Technical Manager, CrowdStrike

Technical Manager (ASEAN) will lead our team of Solutions Architects in ASEAN, with direct reporting line to our ASEAN Lead for CrowdStrike.

In this leadership role, you will establish and uphold a standard of technical excellence across ASEAN.

You will build a consistent knowledge base across the team, empower in-country Solution Architects for success, and cultivate technical Solution Architect experts who can support delivery region-wide.

You will lead our CrowdStrike Technical Organization in providing best-in-class services for our cloud vendors and reseller partners throughout ASEAN.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ASEAN Solutions Architects, aligning strategy with APAC leadership.
• Build executive partner relationships and represent the firm & CrowdStrike in ASEAN.
• Drive pre-sales (including interim coverage for Singapore): assessments, POCs, proposals, workshops, and support.
• Standardize services, create repeatable catalogues, SOPs, and SOWs.
• Enable team and partners through training, curriculum, and workshops.
• Develop and expand partner ecosystem, advancing vendor tiers and competencies.
• Ensure close alignment with CrowdStrike sales and the firm's Country Leaders.
• Uphold technical excellence, partner satisfaction, and high team performance.
• Willingness to travel as required

Technical Skills & Experience

• Proven communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• 10+ years experience in a technical role
• 5+ years experience in cybersecurity
• Good knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP model, Network Security and Protocols
• Knowledge of CrowdStrike technologies
• Knowledge of how to deliver CrowdStrike security assessments is desirable
• Leadership experience
• Ability to deliver impactful stage presentations
• ASEAN experience is desirable
• Proficiency in Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Education

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
• Current CrowdStrike Certifications relevant to this job description desirable
