- Lead C&S/Technical design functions being responsible for (C&S) civil/structural site-based design matters of both existing projects and new tenders (Building/Infrastructure projects)
- Attending and being proactive in design coordination meeting with consultants / client
- Ensure drawing registry is maintained and latest drawings / BIM models are available for all parties involved
- To study & review drawings / specifications in identifying discrepancies and issue queries to consultants accordingly
- Resolve technical issues on drawings and liaise closely with Consultants, all trades and authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and above in Civil/Structural or relevant engineering discipline
- At least 7-10 years of prior experience
- Experience with a contractor (must be design/technical function) or from a consultancy environment and keen to move into a contractor-side role
- 5-Days Workweek
