- Support the Technical Director in overseeing the Company's In-House Technicians and Service Partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product quality and service issues by offering technical advice and/or performing service-related tasks.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly reports regarding customer feedback on the Company's products.
- Collaborate with partners or suppliers to identify and resolve product quality concerns.
- Liaise with Statutory Authorities on matters related to standards, policies, and product compliance.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance departmental productivity.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Technical Director.
