Job Summary
You will lead and deliver MEP works (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection) on site from start to handover, taking full ownership of site operations, including planning, coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of MEP works
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and clients to align project objectives and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ACMV, electrical systems, and system integration on site
- Plan and execute installation works, including night shifts in live environments, to meet project timelines
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Manage project progress independently, making on-site decisions to maintain workflow and resolve challenges
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and submission processes involving BCA, SCDF, and EMA
- Maintain strong stakeholder management to facilitate smooth communication and coordination among all parties
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP / M&E construction managing installation through commissioning
- Hands-on technical expertise in M&E systems
- Proficient in electrical systems including distribution boards, cabling, and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of fire protection and fire alarm systems relevant to project scope
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on Construction, Addition & Alteration (A&A), or live environment projects
