Technical Lead (Salesforce + AI & Automation)

This role is for someone with solid Salesforce experience who is already building with AI and automation in ways that improve real work. You know Salesforce well across configuration, platform capabilities, integrations, data model, release management, and day-to-day platform operations. You are comfortable getting hands-on, solving problems, and working directly with stakeholders to move things forward. You are already using AI tools in your day-to-day work, improving workflows, and thinking in practical terms about where automation and AI can create real value.

Through 10thirtyLabs, you will work directly with one of our clients in Singapore. Salesforce will be an important part of the role, but not the only one. You will help own and improve the Salesforce environment, capture requirements, align on priorities with stakeholders, suggest practical solutions, and support delivery across both business and technical needs. You will also contribute to broader initiatives involving AI across other platforms, tools, and environments, helping implement and ship real outcomes where they matter most.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can think independently, take ownership of work, and deliver without constant direction.

• Own day-to-day Salesforce delivery across configuration, integrations, platform improvements, and ongoing support.
• Capture business and technical requirements clearly, translate them into practical solutions, and discuss recommendations confidently with stakeholders.
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand pain points, challenge assumptions where needed, and help shape the right approach before delivery begins.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and better process design.
• Contribute to AI initiatives across a range of platforms, tools, and environments, helping test, implement, and ship practical solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Work across both Salesforce and non-Salesforce contexts where AI, automation, or better system design can improve execution.
• Handle DevOps responsibilities including environment management, deployment coordination, release planning, and CI/CD pipeline support.
• Proactively flag issues, suggest improvements, and help keep systems running effectively.
• Stay current on the Salesforce ecosystem and relevant AI tooling, and bring useful ideas into the engagement.

• Around 3 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience across declarative tools, integrations, platform operations, and solution delivery.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, release management, and CI/CD pipelines in a Salesforce environment.
• Ability to capture requirements, structure discussions, and turn stakeholder input into clear and practical next steps.
• A strong hands-on foundation with the ability to work independently and make sensible decisions.
• Practical use of AI tools in your own work, with evidence that you are already applying them in business and platform workflows.
• Clear communication and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good judgment, strong ownership, and a bias toward action.
