Technical lead - Rest, Jira, Windchill

Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of technical solutions involving REST APIs, Jira, and Windchill PLM. This role requires strong technical leadership, collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in the development and implementation of solutions using REST APIs, Jira, and Windchill.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver projects on time.

3. Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and quality benchmarks.

4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance optimization solutions.

5. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in REST, Jira, and Windchill, and recommend innovative improvements.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in REST API development and system integration.

2. Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Jira for project management and issue tracking.

3. Solid knowledge of Windchill PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) implementation and support.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage and guide technical teams.

Additional Requirements

• Relevant certifications in Jira, Windchill, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
