Job Description

The Technical Lead for Oracle Fusion Project and Deployment will be responsible for overseeing the technical design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Fusion applications. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and architecture for Oracle Fusion implementation.
  • Manage end-to-end deployment activities including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.
  • Oversee data migration strategies and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-deployment phases.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and support teams.
  • Coordinate with Oracle support and vendors for issue resolution and updates.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all phases of the project.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion implementation.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of integration tools and techniques (REST, SOAP, APIs).
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database management.
  • Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting in Oracle environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules and business processes will be added advantage.
  • Certifications in Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud technologies will be added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
