About the job:
As a back-end developer lead, you are responsible for designing, developing and maintaining server-side applications and services. You work closely with front-end developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. You serve as the key person to lead a team to architect and implement a high performing and scalable application.
- Lead technical design and perform code review
- Responsible for the Technical Specification Documents (TSD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) to describe and to be validated by the stakeholders
- Ensure team prepares and updates documentation / manual guide on solutions for any projected errors
- Manage team deliverables and engage with stakeholders
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / software engineering or a related field
- At least 10 years of enterprise-level development experience gained from banking and financial sectors
- Wealth management experience in banking industry is mandatory
- Knowledge of EISA workflow (2.3, 2,14)
- Knowledge of .NET5 and .NET8
- Understanding of fundamental back-end development concepts and best practices
- Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
