Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead design and development of scalable Fullstack applications and microservices

·      Contribute hands on to backend and frontend development using Java and modern frameworks

·      Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment

·      Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality practices, and use of code quality tools

·      Work closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver customer focused solutions

·      Review architecture, identify risks, and implement best practices

·      Manage and coordinate delivery for small to mid-sized teams

 

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

·      Strong experience in Java development using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and related technologies

·      Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems

·      Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js

·      Familiarity with tools and technologies such as OAuth2.0, JPA, JUnit, JMeter, Maven or Gradle, and Jenkins

·      Proficiency in source control tools, including Git

·      Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases

·      Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts across languages such as Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Python, or Go

·      Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

 

Leadership Expectations

·      Ability to lead and support engineering teams, including teams of 10 or more members

·      Provide constructive feedback and support team development

·      Take ownership of deliverables and work independently when required

 

Preferred Skills

·      Experience with micro frontends

·      Exposure to service-oriented architecture and RPC concepts

·      Strong problem solving and continuous learning mindset
