Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Elastic Stack and observability platforms to lead enterprise monitoring and logging solution deployments, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance observability architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and implementation of observability platforms using the Elastic Stack to enhance enterprise monitoring capabilities
- Architect and manage large-scale Elasticsearch deployments to support scalable log analytics and observability solutions
- Lead and mentor deployment engineers and platform specialists to ensure effective team performance and knowledge sharing
- Design scalable, secure solutions for log analytics, monitoring, and observability platforms aligned with enterprise needs
- Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to integrate observability tools into enterprise systems for improved visibility
- Ensure platform performance, stability, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring and optimization
- Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to enforce best practices in observability platform deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and performance issues to maintain continuous system availability and reliability
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years working with observability or monitoring platforms
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical teams or deployment engineers
- Strong hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack for observability and logging solutions
- Experience deploying or managing large-scale ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) environments
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure environments such as Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of logging, monitoring, and observability architectures
- Possess relevant Elastic certification, such as Elastic Certified Engineer or Elastic Observability Engineer
