Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Lead Developer to support a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and integration initiatives across enterprise banking platforms
- Drive system design, API/microservices integration, and technical delivery
- Ensure engineering best practices across SDLC, code reviews, testing, and DevOps
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams in Agile delivery environments
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering / technical leadership experience
- Strong banking or financial services background
- Experience in core banking integration or transformation programs
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar technologies
- Familiar with APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud/platform environments
- Good stakeholder communication and Agile delivery experience
Preferred
- Experience with Oracle Flexcube or similar core banking systems
- Familiarity with MAS TRM / banking regulatory environments
Contract Duration
- 1-Year Renewable Contract
Salary
- SGD 10,000 – 13,000 monthly
