Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Lead, managing technical deliverables while remaining hands-on with coding.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot.

• Implement enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel 4.

• Develop and maintain APIs using OpenAPI specifications.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Ensure application performance, quality, security, and responsiveness.

• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex defects.

• Maintain high standards of code quality, structure, and automation.

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests.

• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 11 years of experience in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture (Banking Enviroment).

• Strong understanding of Agile roles and practices.

• Hands-on experience with at least one Extreme Programming (XP) practice.

• Experience with API Gateway tools.

• Proven experience with Apache Camel and Spring ecosystem.

• Experience using Maven and other build tools.

• Experience integrating with MQ / RabbitMQ.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

• Solid understanding of Domain Modeling.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Good hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

• Experience with containers and Docker.

• Working knowledge of databases and messaging systems.

• Exposure to cloud-native or containerized environments is advantageous.
