Job Description


  • To Resolve incidents/issues in productive environment, monitoring to ensure application availability, stability, any reporting etc.
  • To Perform application monitoring and health checks.
  • Ability to handle Application Production Support - Level 1/Level 2.
  • Able to handle PROD batches using tools such as Control-M.
  • To Provide on-call support as and when necessary.
  • Techno Functional knowledge of involved applications.
  • Able to do impact analysis with the data available, troubleshooting or involve/co-ordinate with other teams.
  • Manage end user's expectation and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated individual and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Able to work on Shift rotation (Morning/Afternoon shift).


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (or its equivalent) in Information Technologies or related course.
  • 6 - 12 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Proficient in SQL and intermediate knowledge of RDBMS.
  • Familiarity in Banking domain (Payments, Corporate) and products.
  • Exposure in Windows/Unix/Linux for handling activities, troubleshooting etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills: SQL, Java, WebLogic
