Purpose of the Role

Lead end to end Core Technical deliveriesfor the respective region, with a strong emphasis on technical leadership andexcellence in engineering execution. The role is accountable for driving end toend Core domain services, technical deliveries, and dependency solutions, whileowning and governing the integrated technical plan across Core domains. Thisincludes actively managing cross domain dependencies, and overall deliveryreadiness. The role ensures the technical integrity of the solution throughoutthe lifecycle, from presales through delivery, providing strong technicalleadership across domain design, development, testing, migration and overallrisk mitigation. Customer requirements are translated into accurate, testable,and fully integrated technical solutions, with early identification andresolution of risks to protect delivery timelines, quality, and customerconfidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and drive the Core technical integration strategy for the region.
• Manage cross ‑core domain technical dependencies and establish effective technical governance to ensure end‑to-end‑ readiness.

• Own the end to‑ ‑end core integration and test strategy, coordinating and validating cross-domain‑ integration milestones prior to customer acceptance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on serviceability, automation, and customer satisfaction across the region.

Skills and Experience

• 15+ years of technical experience in engineering and leadership roles within complex delivery environment
• Deep expertise in Core network products and end to end solution integration.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional technical teams . and complex, multi‑domain deliveries.
• Strong leadership in driving cultural and operational transformation toward automation-first mindsets, with experience in agile methodologies and digital transformation programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking, technical decision-making, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to operate under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement.
• Inclusive leadership style with a focus on coaching, talent development, and building high‑performing teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with telecom operators in the APAC region, particularly India and Japan.
• Knowledge of Nokia Core Network products and solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native deployments and containerized environments.
• Exposure to DevOps, automation frameworks, and orchestration platforms.
• Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
