YOUR ROLE
The TKAM/KAM Aerospace is the first point of contact for the assigned client(s) and the liaison between commercial & all other departments of the organization. The TKAM/KAM main responsibility is customer excellence, account retention and growth and is responsible to identify and report to the RKAM/Head of Aerospace (SIN) any opportunities in terms of account management improvements.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Supporting the Head of Aerospace in the management and growth of the Key Account(s).
- Along with the Head of Aerospace, identify any opportunities to improve overall account management process.
- Responsible for operational excellence of assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities for Digitalization initiatives (Tracking, EDI, E-report, Digital Feedback, AI etc.) Account Management in all aspects.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction (Ensuring accurate reporting, prompt responses, supporting ad-hoc requests) while working alongside RAM direction.
- Ensure Monthly KPI reports/dashboard are sent to customers on a timely basis.

- Responsible for the implementation of any proposal/awards regarding new opportunities under the guidance of the Head of Aerospace.
- Secondary interface between the customer and all relevant division of Ceva.
- Developing dedicated solutions for the clients; value creation through specific innovative developments.
- Essential to adopt innovative mindset to propose pioneering solutions for future development under the guidance of the Head of Aerospace.
- Prepare Business Review (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) with the assistance from the Sales Support. Follow up on customer development, suggest/report new opportunities to the Head of Aerospace to grow Ceva's market share with the account.
- Collaborate with the RAM on the targeted list of accounts on a regional level.
- Involve in yearly tender process and ad-hoc quotations (import, export, cross-trade & local transportation).
- Generate Cost Simulation and Cost Comparison as and when necessary.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Essential
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Desirable Experience logistics/Transportation or equivalent - Knowledge
- At least 5 Years Working Experience in the related field is required for this position
- Specialist Knowledge & Skills
- Strong Account Management and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge in air and ocean freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills
- Excellent with Microsoft Office tools Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Good personality with the ability to interact with customer at management
Desirable
- Would be an advantage to have experience with Cargowise, PowerBI
