Mandatory Skills
Language:Fluent in spoken Mandarin for stakeholder engagement with China-based teams.
Project Management:Proven experience managing complex digital transformation projects in multi-vendor, multi-system environments.
Domain Expertise:Strong knowledge of eCommerce & Retail solutions including payment gateways, Point of Sale (POS), sales automation, products, and promotional offers.
Technical Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with Java technologies and best practices.
Solid understanding of enterprise systems, API integrations, and dependency management.
Delivery Control:Skilled in managing projects within agreed budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
