We're looking for a Technical Help Desk Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and help keep users productive by resolving hardware and software issues.
What you'll do:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, remote, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and user-related problems
- Run diagnostics and verify system performance
- Document support requests, resolutions, and installation activities
- Work with users to identify issues and provide effective solutions
What we're looking for:
- Experience in technical support or IT help desk
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and common desktop software
- Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training
Initial 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
