Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Help Desk Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and help keep users productive by resolving hardware and software issues.

What you'll do:

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, remote, or in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and user-related problems
  • Run diagnostics and verify system performance
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and installation activities
  • Work with users to identify issues and provide effective solutions

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in technical support or IT help desk
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and common desktop software
  • Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training

Initial 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
