Technical & Functional Program Lead Core Banking Systems

We are seeking a seasoned technical delivery manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a corporate banking lending system modernization pre study program within our core banking transformation initiative. This role will oversee cross-functional teams including business analysts (ba) and solution architects, ensuring seamless execution across planning, design, development, and deployment phases.
Roles & Responsibilities:
.Lead the design for new solutions requested by major IT stakeholders from client side
.Lead the delivery of modernization efforts for Corporate Lending, CASA, and Deal Management systems
.Manage and mentor BA and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals
.Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
.Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to drive solution design and execution
.Oversee technical planning, integration strategies, and risk mitigation across legacy and target platforms
.Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance standards throughout the delivery lifecycle
.Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with cross-functional teams
.Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums on delivery progress and challenges
Required Skills:
.10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, preferably in banking or financial services
.Strong understanding of Core Banking systems, especially in Corporate Lending and CASA domains
.Proven experience leading BA and Architecture teams in large-scale transformation programs
.Hands-on knowledge of system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture principles
.Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
.Experience working with third-party vendors and managing offshore/onshore delivery models
.Experience working with FIS ACBS, finacle, flex cube products.
