Team Introduction The Seed Large Language Model (LLM) team is dedicated to aggressively advancing the next generation of LLMs, tackling fundamental challenges in LLM development head-on. Our areas of focus include model pre-training, post-training, inference, memory capabilities, learning, interpretability and other related directions. We dive deep into the latest technologies and create comprehensive solutions from concept to completion. In our endeavour to adopt LLMs in real-life scenarios, we persistently seek out methods to enhance applications through technological innovation. - Lead the design, development, and optimization of large language models, focusing on enhancing their performance, scalability, and efficiency. - Apply advanced algorithms and techniques in NLP, deep learning, and machine learning to improve model accuracy and capability. - Conduct cutting-edge research to advance the state-of-the-art in large language models, contributing to influential papers and projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, sharing expertise in model architecture, training techniques, and deployment strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer Science, computer engineering or related - 5+ years of excellent coding skills with solid foundation in data structures and basic algorithms - Familiar with NLP, CV, Speech related algorithms and technologies - Familiar with large-scale model training process Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in data structures, and fundamental algorithm skills, specifically fluency in C/C++ or Python, winners of competitions such as ACM/ICPC, IOI, TopCoder etc. are preferred - Experience with influential projects or papers in CV, NLP, machine learning, deep learning are preferred - Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, able to deeply solve problems in large-scale model training and application - Good communication and collaboration skills, able to explore new technologies with the team and promote technological progress.
