Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations and maintenance of the premises
- Supervise contractors in carrying out maintenance and repair works.
- Investigate and troubleshoot reported faults and breakdowns.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
- Follow up with contractors on maintenance and defect rectification works.
- Assist in upgrading or improvement projects when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Higher Nitec/Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
- Entry candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
- Experience in building or facilities maintenance will be an advantage.
