Technical Executive

Responsibilities:

• Report to FM, Engineer, and Employer Hands-on operations in specialization areas
• (M&E, ACMV, CFIMS/BMS, etc.)
• Inspect, supervise, and quality control of subcontractor works Troubleshoot and investigate faults/breakdowns
• Provide technical advice, solutions, and service recovery
• General computer competency
• Plumbing & Sanitary specialization: adjust/replace flush valve sensors, trace/clear leakages/chokes
• Double hatting of roles is allowed if no conflict of interest

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering/ Facilities Management or equivalent Engineering with 5 years experience in FM/ Estate Maintenance/ M&E/ ACMV/ CMMS/ BMS or equivalent
