Our client, a famous real estate developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Technical Executive (Hard Services).

• Implement preventive maintenance programmes for all M&E systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage service contracts and coordinate with service providers to carry out maintenance and rectification works.
• Investigate defects and technical issues, reviewing and challenging recommendations from contractors where necessary.
• Oversee tenant requests related to M&E services and support upgrading and improvement works.
• Plan, organise, and monitor M&E operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and asset objectives.
• Support capital expenditure projects, asset enhancement initiatives, and tenant fit-out works.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and preparation of monthly reports, including variance analysis.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building operations or property management.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, tenant management, and M&E systems.
• Familiarity with building automation systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: East
• Working days: 5 days
• Salary: S$4,500 and Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
