Technical Executive

[What the role is]

You will be part of a dynamic team involved in management of HDB leased sites and land administration work.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible to handle lease and tenancy administration, carry out inspections, liaise with other agencies on land use and lease matters, manage feedback as well as Temporary Occupation Licence issuance. This includes administration of land and maintenance policies, rules & regulations, and financing matters. You are also required to read and extract information from Architectural & Survey drawings, update land records, data and other related land information, and attend to consultations and queries relating to land matters.

[What we are looking for]

You should have good background in Building, Building Management, Building and Real Estate Management, Building and Property Management or Building Services Engineering in relevant disciplines, be meticulous, have a pleasant disposition, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and passion for service delivery. You should be able to work independently with initiative to monitor and complete task and take responsibility and accountability on assigned jobs. Good knowledge of related IT software and ability to understand technical drawings and requirements would be an added advantage.
