ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a technical team that provides repair services and Preventive Maintenance for all equipment's.
- Manage and to complete the Preventive Maintenance according to the schedule for twice a year.
- Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Manage equipment installations logistic - pickup & installation for central & regions. Provide report for Breakdown and installation
- Train / work with service specialists and contractors.
- Manage ordering spare parts and equipment's.
- Provide reports for monthly KPI's and Score Card reports.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Air-Cond & etc
- Experience in basic air-conditioner/refrigerator service & maintenance
- Able to supervise subordinates closely, customer driven and meticulous
