Technical Executive / Architectural BIM Coordinator

mustard are partnering with a visionary architecture practice specialized within the healthcare, research and construction technology field fostering key staff from Architects, Medical Planners and Healthcare experts to deliver on complex projects expanding for a Technical Executive / Architectural BIM Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory & Code Compliance: Ensure all design and construction drawings strictly comply with Singapore planning and building codes across all project stages.
• Statutory Submissions: Lead, prepare, and coordinate drawing packages, statutory calculations (e.g., GFA), and authority forms for submissions (including TOP/CSC).
• BIM & Drawing Management: Oversee BIM models to ensure compliance with the Singapore standards. Maintain audit-ready, systematic submission records.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with authorities, consultants, and internal design teams on regulatory matters. Attend site meetings, support inspections, and supervise junior technical staff under ISO 9001 guidelines.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, BIM, or Construction related field

• Minimum 3-5+ years experience

• BIM and Revit competent

• Experience with CORENET or CORENET X

• Singaporean or Singapore PR will be prioritized
