Job Description:
The Technical Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting on-site fluid system services across complex projects.
- Execute and support on-site engineering activities (including STEPS and FISO programs)
- Perform technical troubleshooting, leak testing, and supervision of fluid system installations
- Act as the main technical point-of-contact for complex issues, escalations, and quality concerns
- Conduct root cause analysis and prepare detailed technical reports with recommendations
- Coordinate site activities, including permits, logistics, and stakeholder communication
- Support training delivery, customer engagement, and service promotion activities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a Instrumentation
- Min 3 years of relevant on-site experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or related industries
- Strong hands-on experience with fluid systems and site-based work
- Ability to manage technical troubleshooting, coordination, and customer-facing responsibilities independently
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
