Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Coordinate across various internal and external stakeholders to align and review technical support efforts, ensuring the achievement of desired outcomes.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with CM partners, serving as the primary technical support contact during line setup.
- Operational & Engineering Support: Assist in production line setup, troubleshoot issue, and Manage Engineering Change Management Process.
- Qualification: Collaborate with CM managers to implement a stringent qualification plan with QA for CMs, focusing on test methodology, process transfer, and compliance with ASMPT's standards (including training, copy-exact transfer, FAI, and PPAP).
- Continuous Improvement: Actively contributes to improving the testing process, tools, and frameworks to increase test coverage and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment architecture design, system integration, and manufacturing (operations & testing) is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in electrical and test engineering fundamentals, including equipment design, process and test engineering, and a solid understanding of PCBA schematics, cable & pneumatic drawings, test plans, and specifications
