Technical Engineer-New Mobility Retail

Develop, implement, support and monitor NMR Technical improvement / roll-out programs and projects to meet the group standards for engineerin construction and maintenance, in close collaboration with the NMR Technical Manager:

Project Development phase:

Reviewing and approving the technical part of investment files from the affiliates

Participate in the development/design phase of the projects while ensuring coordination with affiliates

Define and make sure that all the global and local procedures, HSE & technical standards, tools and documents necessary for the deployment of the project, are known and applied by the affiliates

Implement and make sure that framework contracts are known and used by the affiliates

Project Execution phase:

Organize the assistance and visits of the affiliates

Define, in collaboration with the affiliates, structured action plans (objectives, internal organization, assistance, tools) and accompany their implementation

Validate the country objectives and challenge the targets (number of projects, design, typology of the solutions)

Ensure compliance with HSE, engineering and construction standards

Monitor progress and ensure reporting with KPIs, identify delays and support affiliates to achieve the target

Expertise, training, best practices & zone activities follow-up:

Be the expert of the zone for NMR Technical activities (projects & operations)

Coordinate with HQs (HR Training, HSE and Tech Team), the training of the concerned affiliates staff Increase technical skills of employees by animating the digital technical community (webinars, yammer)

Carry out the REX and organize the internal benchmarks on the practices and the results.

APME is covering a large geographical area consisting of countries with diverse cultures, population, political structures,languages, HSEQ and technical awareness levels and socio-economic environments

The diversity poses major challenges in the marketing and distributing of products and services that often require adaptable and innovative approaches to meet the business objectives in each affiliate,

Coping with such challenges usually demand a good level of personal expertise and technical capability

Many of the technical standards and practices in the affiliates are not yet fully aligned with the group standards

• Engineering background (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial preferred)
• 510+ years of experiencein energy, retail assets, infrastructure or similar environments
• Strong exposure toconstruction, maintenance and CAPEX projects
• Experience workingtransversely across multiple sites or countries
• Ability to review and validate technical designs and investment files, and ensure compliance withHSE and group standards
• Strong communication andpedagogical skills(training, workshops, knowledge sharing)
• Experience withCMMS / maintenance systemsis a plus
• Prior exposure toEV charging or new mobility topicsis appreciated

This is not a site-level engineer or a pure PMO role. We are looking for someone able to operate as aregional technical referent, supporting and challenging affiliates when needed.
