Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform desktop, printing and related support.
  • 1st/2nd level support and resolution, including technical issues involving desktop clients and hardware issues.
  • Provide technical service to end users, troubleshooting issues related to laptops and printers
  • Manage Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, MS Office Applications, network connectivity, printer mapping etc.
  • Manage email messaging configurations and troubleshooting issues for Outlook.
  • Provide installation, repair and preventive maintenance serivces on client's copiers
  • On site troubleshooting on hardware and software solutions related to copiers
  • Servicing of Servers,Windows PC,Macbook and Ipad
  • Distribution of paper to copiers as required
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / NITEC Qualification in Computing or similar
  • Must be comfortable to be stationed in specific client's site for long period of time
  • Main service provider to chinese client. Knowledge of basic Mandarin dialects is essential
  • Good knowledge in software applications, preferably with networking proficiency
  • Positive attitude and great customer service
  • Independent and good team player
  • Technical experience in the photocopier industry will be an added advantage
