Technical Engineer

. Support technical queries from clients and consultants

. Provide technical supports to production department and to sales team (pre- & post- sales) on product submission, proposals and quotations - prepare plans, specifications and price estimates

. Conduct product installation training on site, periodical site inspections

. Process and manage clients orders

. Research and assist in value-added (technically and economically) design, to meet clients requirements using structural engineering calculations and design codes

. Work closely with production and engineering team to align clients requirements for standardization of solutions and future development
