We are a leading-edge technology organization dedicated to engineering robust, scalable digital infrastructures that power enterprise-grade applications. By fostering a culture of operational discipline, technological continuous learning, and security excellence, we empower our engineering teams to build resilient cloud-native systems. We believe in nurturing engineering talent, collaborative cross-functional problem-solving, and providing a clear path for professional and technical growth within complex, regulated environments.
We are looking for two (2) Technical Engineers (TA Engineers) to design, build, secure, and operate scalable cloud platforms supporting our enterprise and mission-critical systems. This role requires strong, hands-on technical expertise spanning modern cloud infrastructure, infrastructure automation, security hardening, and reliability operations.
Working closely with application development and delivery teams, you will act as a key technical driver to translate system designs into highly available, production-ready cloud environments. The ideal candidate is an operationally disciplined engineer who is comfortable troubleshooting infrastructure issues, reducing manual effort through scripting, and ensuring strict compliance within heavily regulated frameworks.
Cloud Platform Engineering
Architecture & Deployment: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure architectures.
Multi-Platform Management: Support enterprise platform environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Nutanix private cloud solutions.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation
Automation Blueprints: Develop, version-control, and manage complex Infrastructure as Code (IaC) configurations using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.
Environment Provisioning: Automate end-to-end environment provisioning, configuration orchestration, and immutable code promotion across development, testing, and production phases.
Operational Scripting: Create automation scripts (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to eliminate manual operational workflows and optimize infrastructure routines.
Cloud Security, Compliance & Operations
Security Architecture: Implement robust Identity & Access Management (IAM), network security controls, data encryption-at-rest/in-transit, and secrets management.
Hardening & Audits: Apply strict baseline security controls, implement infrastructure hardening, and partner with internal security teams to execute vulnerability remediations and compliance audits.
Observability & Monitoring: Configure unified logging, active monitoring, and critical alerting metrics utilizing cloud-native telemetry tools.
Incident Response: Perform production troubleshooting, run root-cause analysis (RCA), mitigate active incidents, and assist with infrastructure capacity planning and disaster recovery tests.
Documentation & Collaboration
Technical Writing: Produce clear system architecture diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical runbooks, and build documentation.
Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate tightly with internal Delivery Leads, Solutions Architects, and enterprise stakeholders to safely implement architectural changes.
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory for Skills Matching)
Cloud Platform Expertise: Hands-on infrastructure engineering experience in at least one major platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Nutanix.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Solid, practical experience developing architecture pipelines using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.
Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages (such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to drive workflow automation.
Cloud Security Foundations: Practical understanding of cloud network security architectures, IAM frameworks, firewall configurations, and encryption policies.
Operational Monitoring: Experience working with cloud monitoring stacks (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) to resolve system incidents.
Good-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with containerization ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS/EKS).
Understanding of CI/CD orchestration tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Nutanix Certified Professional).
Experience working in highly audited or highly regulated business landscapes (such as Finance, Public Sector, or Healthcare).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a methodical, structured approach to system problem-solving.
