Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support across all phases of construction projects
- Perform detailed analyses, engineering calculations, and feasibility studies to ensure project viability and compliance
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and key stakeholders to resolve technical issues and enhance project outcomes
- Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and prepare progress reports on project milestones
- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative construction methods and technologies
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience for Junior Technical Engineer, or 3 years for Senior Technical Engineer, in a technical engineering role within the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a creative approach to engineering challenges
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration
- Good understanding of construction regulations, building codes, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in engineering software, CAD tools, and project management applications
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines
