Technical Engineer

Job Description

. Candidate will be esponsible for the programming, design and application promotion of the LED, LCD vdieo wall and AV system

. Embedded Software development and support of modules/subsystems for controllers in accordance with sound engineering practices and processes.

. Architecture analysis and definition, design, implementation tuner, transcoder, display, device driver and the reference application, filed-test and onsite customer support.

. Consult with Business Development and Marketing team on new feature intent, problems and to suggest solutions.

. Prepare and create documents for Engineering Change Request prior to the release of firmware.

. Act as a pre-sale support for our Business Development team in terms of technical support

. Communicate between customers needs and supplier to fulfil requirements.

Job Requirement

. Preferablye Executive specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent

. Working experience in the related field (at least 2 years & especially LED Video Wall and AV system )

. Ability to communicate with relevant people to execute work

. Excellent teamwork skills

. Proefficient in Chinese will be an advantage as our suppliers are mostly from China
