Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Oversee hardware/software development for robotics and AI-driven solutions.

Manage the full project lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment).

Team Management

Mentor engineers, data scientists, and R&D teams to achieve technical objectives.

Foster cross-department collaboration to align technology with business needs.

Innovation & Optimization

Research emerging technologies (e.g., machine learning, computer vision) to enhance products.

Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Partnerships & Support

Collaborate with universities/research institutions on joint innovation initiatives.

Provide technical guidance to sales and customer support teams.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to Singapore/international technical standards.

Mitigate project risks through proactive planning.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.

5+ years in robotics/tech roles, with 3+ years in leadership (e.g., Tech Lead, Project Manager).

Independent robotics development experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in robotics hardware/software, AI (ML, CV), ROS, embedded systems, or cloud platforms.

Industry Experience

Prior work in manufacturing/robotics preferred.

International project experience is a plus.
